Rejoice, Mac Sauce fans: your favorite McDonald’s burger condiment is now coming in dippable cups!
McDonalds, no stranger to pleasing their fans, has just announced on Twitter that starting April 27th, Big Mac Sauce will be available as a separate condiment for meals, so customers can now dip, drizzle, and dunk their fries, chicken nuggets, and more in the classic Big Mac topper.

McDonald’s Introduces Big Mac Dipping Sauce
Previously only available on the Big Mac itself, Big Mac Sauce has long been a fan favorite, thanks to its creamy, sweet, and tangy flavor profile. As noted by Forbes, the decision may have been prompted by unprecedented demand for a dippable version: “The fandom for the Big Mac has only grown with time, expanding to menus across the globe, and creating social media craze (not to mention eBay competition) when 10,000 bottles of Big Mac sauce were given away as a promo in the U.S. in 2017.” McDonalds often switches up their menu, bringing back old favorites and adding new flavors on a limited-time basis.
Starting at the end of the month, Big Mac Sauce will be available for no extra charge with purchase of Chicken McNuggets, and as an a la carte item that can be added to any meal. Earlier this year, Big Mac Sauce dipping cups were introduced to menus in Canada.

Social Media Cheers For The New Menu Addition
Fans are already praising the fast food giant for making Big Mac Sauce accessible to any McDonalds customer: "A game-changer," marveled one Twitter user. "Mac sauce on a McChicken. Thank me later," recommended one tweet.
Some took the opportunity to gently rag on the brand for not yet bringing back other fan favorites—"I can't wait to try this with a snack wrap!" joked one Tweeter, referencing the popular menu item that was discontinued in 2016. McDonalds responded in good humor, though, saying "I can't catch a break."
Now, if you excuse me, I have to go make my husband's day and let him know his favorite McDonald's sauce is now going to be available for every order!
