When you think of dieting, the last thing that comes to mind is a McDonald's Big Mac. But, when there's a will, there's a way! With a bit of tweaking, you can make your Big Mac 100% diet-friendly.

The first thing you want to do is ditch the Big Mac "special sauce." One serving of this sauce alone has 467 calories, and by ditching the sauce you're lowering the calorie count of your burger to 450 calories!
Ditch the extra buns! All of those buns are filled with extra empty calories that will only be stored as fat in your body. Keep it at 2 slices of bread to keep that calorie count down!
Don't get the meal! A medium order of fries racks up 340 extra calories, and a medium soda has tons of sugar and no nutritional benefit. Believe me, you will still stay full on just the burger!
So, the next time you head to McDonald's, don't forget to follow these tips for a slimmer body in no time! Remember, moderation is key, so don't go overboard with your Big Mac.
