One of the most iconic sandwiches on the McDonald’s menu is a McChicken, a classic chicken sandwich that has been a cheap fast food staple for years. However, customers have been angry at the portion sizes, which they say have “noticeably” gotten smaller over the years.

A viral Reddit post had McDonald’s customers reeling after a user posted a photo of their McChicken sandwich, which they said had gotten “noticeably tiny.” It’s certainly not the first time McDonald’s customers have complained about smaller food sizes, but now that the restaurant has undergone noticeable price hikes, the tiny sandwiches make them very angry. Read more about the little McChicken causing a big stir online below.

Reddit Users Complain About 'Tiny' McChicken Sandwiches

The McDonald's McChicken sandwich has been around for a long time, and it's a staple menu item that's always been a cheaper yet filling option. If you don't want a burger, there's always a McChicken, which comes with a chicken patty, lettuce, and mayonnaise. Years ago, it was also available on McDonald's famous Dollar Menu, which, unfortunately, is not around anymore.

One Reddit user's post went viral after sharing a picture of a McChicken sandwich they ordered recently, writing that it was "noticeably tiny." The post and picture generated hundreds of comments, where fellow users and McDonald's customers complained about the restaurant's portion sizes and overall food quality.

"Their burgers are tiny now," commented a user who wrote that McDonald's now serves "the most artificial, garbage food."

"I don't understand why people go anymore," they added.

"And they charge premium prices for it."

"What is this, a sandwich for ants?" joked another user. "You got the McNibble," added another.

McDonald's Customers Complain About Their Food Quality And Prices

In addition to poking fun at the restaurant's food sizes, customers also complained about the prices and even threatened to stop making trips there for a meal. Not only that, but several customers also noted that they are former customers who can't understand why people still go. McDonald's, like many other fast food restaurants, has increased their prices over the years. While this is understandable, due to inflation and other economic factors, in some cases, the quality of the food has gotten worse.

"Just don't go there," commented a Reddit user under the tiny chicken sandwich post. "They've destroyed their model and deserve to lose money."

"Ah, the days of going to McDonald's with a $1 have been over for years," added another.

"Why are y'all still eating this?" asked one.

"Just stay away from this food," advised a user. "You can find much better and more affordable with a little effort."

Over the years, more and more angry McDonald's customers are speaking up about their food, and it makes us wonder how it's going to affect their success in the future.
