Megan Fox & MGK Spotted On Their Way To Costa Rica
Paparazzi spotted Meghan, MGK, and their daughter, Saga, at the Libera Airport in Costa Rica on July 22nd. Dressed casually in a gray hoodie for Mom and a black hoodie for Dad, it looked like they were gearing up for a lovely little family vacation.
This was one of the few times they've been spotted together since they announced their breakup in December of 2024, just one month after sharing that they were expecting a baby together. In January, rumors were circulating that they weren't even on speaking terms, but the "My Ex's Best Friend" singer shot those claims down with an Instagram post, writing, "How can 'sources say' when the sources haven't said anything."
Fans Speculate They're Back Together
It's unclear what their relationship has evolved into with the necessity for co-parenting added into the mix, but fans are convinced that they are back together, especially after these vacation photos made headlines online. On Instagram, fans left their thoughts: "I'm glad they are back together," one person wrote.
While others pointed out that they might just have a really healthy co-parenting relationship, most doubled down: "Just because you're co-parenting together doesn't mean you travel to another country together when the baby is an infant...they must be back together. You really think they're going to be staying in different rooms?"
"So...she took him back...again?" said another. "She can't let him go."
Megan Wanted To Raise The Baby On Her Own
But, there was a time when she was certainly ready to. The pair officially split sometime during the Thanksgiving holiday last year while they were in Vail, Colorado. According to TMZ, "Megan found material on MGK's phone that was upsetting, and it made her want him to leave the trip early." We're not sure what she found, but an insider confirmed to Us Weekly that whatever it was, "she didn't like" it and it made her "not trust him again."
At the time, Megan was newly pregnant with his baby, but was reportedly ready to raise the baby on her own. "When she fell pregnant, [MGK] thought it meant that she would stay with him no matter what—and that is not the case," a source told DailyMail. "Megan was just done with it all. She was done with his behavior and the way that he treated her."
"The most important thing in Megan's world right now is her unborn baby," the source continued, "and she has no problem raising the child on her own." But, Megan has broken up with MGK before, so does this time mean much? According to the source, this time is real. "She's left him before, but this time seems final. Her friends support her wholeheartedly and over the past few years they have grown to really dislike him."
