The biography “Finding Freedom” just revealed that the Duchess of Sussex was secretly behind “raw” insiders website called “The Working Actress.” Shocking!

I think it's safe to say that this is the first time anyone in the royal family has married a Hollywood blogger--and an anonymous one at that!
The book alleges that before founding her lifestyle blog The Tig in 2014, Meghan had another online venture.
Authors Carolyn Durand and Omid Scobie claim that the "Suits" actress was behind "The Working Actress" website.

The Daily Mail first reported on the Duchess' former occupation in 2018, though duchess has never confirmed it. Durand and Scobie refer to it as “one of the industry’s ‘worst-kept secrets,’” in the book.
“The Tig wasn’t the first time that Meghan had taken to the internet to not only express herself but also to reach out to others," they write. "From 2010-2012, she wrote The Working Actress, an anonymous blog that detailed the pitfalls and triumphs of struggling to make it in Hollywood." Fascinating!
The blog was "raw and candid” and "captured the heartfelt moments of joy when she booked a job and the despair and rejection actors felt each time a role was lost in an industry often driven by appearance rather than talent,” the co-authors outlined. So, it was basically a way to anonymously complain about the industry.
