Michelle Pfeiffer is one of today’s most well-known actresses, renowned for both her skills and her beauty. However, as she’s gotten older, some are beginning to wonder if she has strong genes or an excellent doctor for treatments.

The actress has been sharing a lot of makeup-free selfies, showing off her glow and youthful appearance at 67 years old. Although there are numerous fans of hers out there who believe that, through some proper self-care and thanks to good genetics, her skin has stayed the way it is, there are others who aren’t so convinced she was able to do it without the help of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments. Recently, an aesthetics doctor weighed in to comment on what he thinks Michelle has done to look so good. Read more about it below.

An Aesthetics Doctor Breaks Down Michelle Pfeiffer's Alleged Cosmetic Treatments

Dr. Jonny Betteridge is a famous aesthetics doctor who owns his own cosmetic treatment clinic in London and has gone viral for his videos on what he thinks celebrities have done to their faces to maintain a more youthful appearance. In a recent video, he decided to talk about the infamous actress, Michelle, who, at 67, still has fans praising her for her great looks.

In one of his Instagram videos, Dr. Betteridge questions if Michelle has had "good genes or good surgery" to credit for her appearance, wondering how it's "possible" for her to look still the same as she did during the start of her career.

"Between the ages of 50 and 60 is a very common age for females to consider plastic surgery," he explains. "I think Michelle has likely had surgical intervention to maintain her appearance through the years."

While the doctor does believe the Hairspray performer may have some great qualities in her "natural bone structure and striking features," he thinks that to decrease her signs of aging, she's had a "brow lift, eyelid surgery, and a face and neck lift," judging by how "structured and defined" parts of her lower face are.

He also zoomed in on before and after photos, showing changes in Michelle's earlobe shape and signs of scarring in the area, which typically indicate a facelift.

The Internet Reacts To Michelle's Face & Dr. Betteridge's Video

Like many of his videos on popular celebrities, it didn't take long for the aesthetics specialist's video on the Catwoman icon to go viral, and the internet had a lot to say. Many of her fans stood by her and insisted she's beautiful no matter what, while some feel it's obvious she had work done.

"She looks incredible, and doesn't look like she's trying to look 25," wrote a user. "She looks like someone who is aging well."

One follower wrote that they thought the actress had both "good surgery and amazing genetics."

"She's always been strikingly beautiful," added a fan. "If she had surgery, then it was very well done."

"She's absolutely had a facelift and it's so tastefully done, she's always been gorgeous and still is," added an Instagram user.

So, while some are convinced Michelle has indeed had surgery, they still support her and believe that whatever she's done, it works.
