On that note, Dr. Jennifer Armstrong, MD, CEO of ArmstrongMD, analyzed Bieber’s transformation throughout the years in a new TikTok video. By comparing photos of the model from the early 2010s to 2025, she explained why she believes Bieber might have undergone procedures like a brow lift, nose job, and more. Fans beneath the post have commented that everything looks “so well done.”

Armstrong began by putting a photo of Bieber from the early 2010s beside a more recent shot. The aesthetics expert explained that the mom of one (who shares son Jack, 6 months, with her husband Justin Bieber) looks "very different from her before and after" pics. The doctor then said: "so we look at the forehead, it actually looks longer in the before picture and shorter in the after picture."
She continued, regarding Mrs. Bieber: "obviously that's not aging because our foreheads elongate as we get older and not shorten." She noted that when looking at this and Bieber's hair, this could be a sign of a brow lift. "You can't hide this transformation by changing your hair either, like celebrities love to do that," she added, noting that "they change their hair color when they have surgery."
"If we look at her brows, she's definitely had a brow lift," Armstrong theorized, adding that Bieber has "changed the placement and the way she draws in her brows." Armstrong went on to say that Bieber had slightly more "hooded" skin in her brow area before, and now it is "tight."
The doctor also guessed that Bieber "100% just had a rhinoplasty," calling this "obvious." Armstrong also pointed out that Bieber might've gotten "under-eye filler" since her formerly "hollow" under-eyes have more "volume" now than in previous years, which looks "amazing" on her.
And she didn't stop there — Armstrong also believed that Bieber underwent "work" on her lips, calling the Vogue cover girl's pout "completely different" in recent years. Armstrong believes Bieber "built up her cupid's bow" as it is more "rounded" and looks "very nice."
The TikToker added that in the "corners" of Bieber's mouth, you can "see filler," and compared the shape to the "constantly smiling" character, "the Joker." She also told viewers that "as we age, the corners of our mouth pull down slightly, and we don't ever want to overdo it so it looks like the Joker."
She also shared some recommendations for Bieber. Regarding the Victoria's Secret alum, Armstrong said that she suggests toning down the "jawline filler," and suggested getting "Botox masseters to give her more of a 'V'" chi n shape rather than her current "square" shape. She said that this could "balance it from her upper face and make her look more feminine."
The doctor concluded her video: "I don't think I would change anything else. She looks very beautiful in her after picture, but literally she's hit every single thing: brows, eyes, nose, cheek, lip, chin, jaw." Armstrong added: "I mean, maybe it's the skincare, maybe it's a lot of work, but we all know it's the work."
Although Bieber hasn't commented on these new allegations, she has previously refuted claims of having plastic surgery. She has attributed any changes in her looks to the natural aging process, makeup, and hairstyling. She has also specifically denied having procedures like a nose job, insisting she has never undergone such surgeries.
Back in 2020, Bieber fired back at an Instagram user that accused her of undergoing the knife. "Stop using pics that are edited by makeup artists!" she wrote beneath the now-deleted post. She went on: "I’ve never touched my face. So if you’re gonna sit around and compare me at 13, and then me at 23, at least use a natural photo that wasn’t edited so crazy."
