Just a few weeks after Nicole Kidman divided the internet with her new hair style (whereby no one really knew if she had gone for a dramatic chop or whether it was just a wig for her role in her new AppleTV+ show, Roar) the 54-year-old actress has caused a stir on social media once again. And it’s all down to the latest carousel of pictures she shared to Instagram, as she looks completely unrecognizable!
Kidman shared the controversial seemingly makeup-free carousel of herself posing with Lulu Wang, the director of her new Amazon series, Expats, on May 4th; and fans were in disbelief about how tight and puffy the Being the Ricardos star’s face was! What *has* she done?!

“That’s not even you Nicole! Bad double,” one fan commented on Nicole’s post, while another said, “Nicole what did you do with your face?!?!?!!!? You are starting to get like a monster, it’s sad cuz you were beautiful.” Another fan commented on the Big Little Lies star’s appearance, writing, “Too much work done Nicole,” which another echoed, adding, “You don’t look like you Nicole. Please stop.”
However, many other fans were extremely complimentary of Nicole’s appearance and the project. “Girl you’re so gorgeous,” one fan wrote. “Beautiful woman,” wrote another, followed by four heart eyes emojis. “I’m so excited for your new project! it will be a success. Love you,” wrote another Nicole stan, while another added, “Absolutely beautiful, Nicole, greatest actress.”
