There are a lot of films making headlines right now, especially The Odyssey, but another that’s been grabbing people’s attention is The Invite, the eerie comedy directed by Olivia Wilde that was released in theaters in late June.
Part of the reasoning has to do with its star-studded cast, which features Olivia Wilde herself, as well as Seth Rogen, Edward Norton, and Penélope Cruz. This has led to numerous members of the cast to reflect on their personal relationships, and the famous Chanel ambassador has been in a well-known and highly publicized relationship for years, having been married to fellow Oscar-winner Javier Bardem for about 15 years. Pondering on being in a long-term relationship, the actress gave her fans a glimpse into her personal life during a recent interview with People.
"I feel like I'm still learning [in my relationship], you know?" she said. "And I am with somebody that I've known for 33 years.”
The pair of performers first met on the set of their 1992 film Jamón Jamón, eventually taking the plunge and beginning to date when they got back together to film Vicky Cristina Barcelona, which also stars Scarlett Johansson, in 2008. They got married in 2010 and now have two children, Leo and Luna, who are 14 and 12.
