We guess Donald Trump may have been onto something when he predicted that Piers Morgan’s new show would be a failure, as the ratings for Piers Morgan: Uncensored are lower than ever! If you’ll recall, the 75-year-old former President was the 57-year-old former Good Morning Britain presenter’s first guest on the new talkTV show, and had quite a lot to say about it after his interview.
“Ratings for the Piers Morgan interview with me were great! Unfortunately, after that interview, his show bombed completely because of the fake narrative he tried to portray,” Trump said. “The fact is, I got a new closeup glimpse at Piers, and he no longer has what it takes. It’s over for him!”

According to reports, Morgan's new show is struggling to get and keep viewers, with official data from the Broadcasters Audience Research Board showing that the latest episode on Wednesday night reached an all-time low, with just 10,000 people watching the show until the end. Ouch! To put things into perspective, the premiere featuring Trump brought in 400,000 viewers, but the show hasn’t met those figures ever since the first episode.
However, Morgan doesn’t seem to be too worried about the show – at least, if we are to believe what he says in public – and said on Wednesday night that it was still performing well when compared with other news channels. He said: "Amazing achievement for a brand new show on a brand new network. Lots of work to do, but very encouraging." Will the show even make it to a second season if the viewing figures continue to plummet? Only time will tell!
