Jennifer Aniston is said to feel jealous of the cosmetic procedures that fellow actress Julia Roberts has undergone, according to an insider who recently sat down with Life & Style. The Friends alum, 55, previously sparked plastic surgery, Botox and filler rumors earlier this year after her appearance at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards.

Chicago-based plastic surgeon Dr. Otto Placik (who has not worked with either star) also told the outlet that he believes Aniston underwent filler in her “eyelid and lip” areas, but the Emmy winner has not responded to these claims or accusations.

As for the Pretty Woman star, 56, the tipster dished that Roberts is “quietly boasting she’s found a way to turn back the clock without going over the top.” The source went on, noting that “she looks fantastic” and “you can see that she’s had a little work on her eyes, but nothing too extreme.” They continued: “It’s done wonders for her self-esteem and her marriage because her husband, Danny Moder, can’t keep his hands off her.”

Jennifer Aniston Is Allegedly Jealous Of Julia Roberts' Cosmetic Work, According To An Insider

The source also told the publication that Aniston is currently "getting trolled for the work she's had done, while Julia is being feted as this forever young sex symbol." They added that the Murder Mystery 2 actress is "frantically trying to find out who Julia's doctor is, but she's getting shut out."

Regarding the Oscar winner, Dr. Placik said: "It looks like Julia's had Botox to her lower to the forehead and her upper eyes done." He added: "I think she's likely had Botox and filler to the lip region and maybe in the cheeks as well."

As for Aniston, Placik believes that she "got filler eyelids that is not sitting well, and it looks as though her lower eyelids have been tightened." The expert continued: "It looks like she's got undesirable filler in what we call the tear trough. And then she looks like she's definitely had some filler to her lower lip."

While Aniston hasn't responded to Botox and filler accusations, rumors like these, or those about her reportedly getting a nose job for aesthetic reasons are nothing new. A representative for the Just Go With It star told Us Weekly in 2018 that she got her deviated septum corrected (to help her sleep) with rhinoplasty.

The source dished to the publication that Aniston needed to "correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago," meaning that she did undergo a nose-related plastic surgery procedure before that. Aniston opened up about this for the first time in 2007, in an interview with People Magazine.

"It’s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years," she explained. "As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine." Aniston has shot down rumors that she underwent breast augmentation or got Botox or fillers as well. In a 2006 interview, she stressed: "No boob job! You know what it’s called? It’s called 10 pounds."

The We're the Millers alum added: "Here’s what it is, this is the funny thing, you’re either, ‘Oh, look at the bump,’ and they circle the bump and there’s an arrow. But instead, it’s like, you know, maybe a couple cheese plates too many." Regarding the topic of Botox and fillers, Aniston told Harper's Bazaar Australia in 2014: "There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless."

"I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting s—t into my face." Aniston continued: "I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god, if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age."
