Prince Harry, 38, will reportedly attend his father, King Charles III’s coronation in England “alone” as his wife, Meghan Markle, 41, will stay in California for Archie’s birthday. According to the late Princess Diana’s former butler, Meghan won’t be “brave or strong enough” to face the British people as she continues to face backlash.

Meghan Markle Reportedly Won't Be Attending King Charles' Coronation
Paul Burrell, who worked for Diana as her butler for over 10 years until her sudden death in 1997, said that Charles has "retained the moral high ground" by inviting Harry and Meghan to the May 6 coronation. "It's likely to be incredibly uncomfortable for them if they attend, particularly Meghan," the former butler told Closer Magazine. "Are they prepared to face the music?"
"I don't think Meghan's brave or strong enough to be there---she'd have to look in the eyes of a family she's pushed under the bus," he continued. "But I think Harry may come alone and she's probably told him she won’t be able to be by his side with him if he does attend."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex---whose children (finally!) received royal titles---have not confirmed whether they will both make the trip to England for the coronation. Burrell stated that "the ball is well and truly in Harry and Meghan's court." The former butler also speculates that it will probably be difficult for Prince Harry to see his stepmom, Queen Consort Camilla "where his mother could have been."
In his bombshell memoir, Spare, Harry disclosed family secrets and private conversations (he even said he had enough for two memoirs!). In a 60 Minutes interview, the duke famously described Camilla as a "villain." He even said that the Queen Consort was the third person in his parent's marriage. Harry's attitude toward Camila and specifically his comment from the interview was a main factor in the King's decision to kick the Sussexes from their UK home, Frogmore Cottage.
Representatives for Harry and Meghan have said "an immediate decision" on whether they will attend the coronation "will not be disclosed." But, if they do make the trip, many believe that the Duke and Duchess will be met with a "cold shoulder" from senior members of the royal family like Prince William (who was "adamant" about refusing Prince Harry's coronation demands).
"They will be given the cold shoulder by very many relatives. One said to me, 'I hope they’ll be seated in Iceland,'" a source close to the royal family told the Daily Mail. "Much of the family just wants nothing more to do with them. If they have to see them at the coronation, then so be it, but they do not want to socialize with them."
