Being branded as hypocrites for constantly sharing pictures of their children despite previous requests for privacy is the least of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s problems!
According to The Mirror, the couple have “parted ways” with four members of staff recently, once again leading fans and critics to wonder why they are unable to retain employees. The total number of staffers who’ve now departed from their Archewell organization is reportedly 20. Could it have something to do with those lingering bullying allegations the Sussexes just can’t seem to shake?
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Can't Seem To Hold Onto Their Staff
As per Hello!, the latest Archewell staff to exit include Los Angeles-based deputy press secretary Kyle Boulia, and U.K. press officer Charlie Gipson, both of whom were hired just last year. The Mirror reports that two other members of the couple's private team have left in recent weeks, too.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have brought in fresh faces this year, according to People. Meredith Maines, who previously worked at Google, Hulu, and American Idol, has been named chief communications officer, while former Netflix exec Emily Robinson has joined as director of communications.
The rapid turnover is understandably raising eyebrows among fans, critics, and royal commentators. "This stands as another indication of the dysfunction and instability within their household," royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital.

Do The Latest Staff Departures Confirm What Has Been Written About Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?
Fordwich went on to say that the couple's history of high-profile departures may confirm what's long been suspected about them and the way they run their businesses and household. She added: "Highly qualified professionals from many top-notch firms have previously struggled to thrive under the Sussexes. This latest bloodbath serves as solid confirmation."
Another insider echoed this sentiment, telling Hello!: "Meghan and Harry have hired some of the most incredible people at the top of their fields, yet somehow none of them ever work out."
