Prince Harry appears to be inching toward reconciliation with his father, King Charles, if recent peace talks between their aides are anything to go by.
If peace talks are successful and a reunion does indeed happen, Prince Harry may very well make more frequent trips to the U.K., potentially attending more royal or private engagements. And if we are to believe insiders, those appearances will more than likely be without Meghan Markle or their children.

Prince Harry Doesn't Think The UK Is Safe For His Wife And Children
According to reports, the Duke of Sussex, 40, is still maintaining that he doesn't think it is safe for the Duchess of Sussex, who celebrated her 44th birthday on August 4th, or son Prince Archie and daughter Princess Lilibet to visit the U.K. yet.
This is seemingly because he lost his yearslong battle for private security back in May, after which he said: "I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the U.K. at this point."
He added during a BBC interview: "I can only come to the U.K. safely if I am invited, and there is a lot of control and ability in my father's hands." This was echoed by a source following his recent Angola trip, who chimed in: "The Duke won't let his wife go to England over security concerns."
The Royal Family Still Don't Trust Meghan Markle
But security wouldn't be the only reason for the As Ever founder's potential absence from future royal events in the U.K. In fact, some people are suggesting that security is just Prince Harry's excuse, as the real reason is because the royal family don't trust her and therefore don't want her there! This was confirmed by a source, who told the Daily Express: "They just don't trust her."
The lack of trust could partly be because many people in the royal family still blame her for the fact that the couple stepped down as senior royals in 2020. And the royal family's aforementioned distrust could explain why Meghan is reportedly increasingly sidelined in the current reconciliation discussions...
"Meghan knows it's wise for them to rebuild ties with the royals, but the pace of it all has left her rattled. She feels like things are slipping out of her hands, especially now that Harry's calling the shots without checking in with her the way he once did," an insider told RadarOnline about the current peace talks.
"Harry's stepped up to handle the talks himself, partly because he knows Meghan, despite his love for her, can be perceived as confrontational," the insider continued, before saying that the peace talks without her are even making her "paranoid," according to reports, as it's no secret that the royal family don't like her.
"This whole situation is way outside her comfort zone," the insider continued, adding that "she's increasingly paranoid the royals are working to break them up."
