And he reportedly wants to be sure that potential girlfriends check all the boxes!
"She must be young, pretty and ambitious to a point," an insider reportedly told Closer Weekly. "Ryan's insisting on background checks. He's not proud about it, but he feels they're necessary to protect himself," they added.
The insider went on to say: "Anything alarming in a person's past, like lying about a job or a criminal conviction or lawsuit, would definitely be a deal-breaker. Just because someone said they graduated from Harvard doesn't make it true. He wants it verified." Yikes! Did one of his previous girlfriends lie about their education or something to that effect?!

According to Ok!, one source reportedly suggested that they went their separate ways because "she wants marriage and kids" and he doesn't. The source also thought their breakup had something to do with his extremely busy schedule, and said: "Ryan's so busy, and that didn't help. His schedule left little time for Aubrey as it was, so they decided it was best to call it quits."
