Ryan Seacrest Shares Several Photos Of Himself Looking 'Thin' On Instagram
The 50-year-old television personality has been sharing plenty of updates on his life and other projects following the American Idol finale in May. From hosting Wheel of Fortune to enjoying time at home with his dogs, he seems to be making the most out of his schedule.
However, he also posted a few photos of himself at the gym, and after getting a closer look at his latest snaps, fans shared some concern over his appearance. On Tuesday, July 1st, Ryan posted a 'photo dump' with nine pictures from his life outside of filming.
He posed in a snappy beige outfit, snapped a few gym pictures, and took some lighthearted selfies. Still, it was noticeable that the Georgia native is looking quite slim these days. His frame is pretty small, and in some of his selfies, his cheeks look slightly hollowed out.
Last fall, before turning 50, he mentioned in an interview with his sister that before turning 50, he was doing "anything he could" to feel 29 again, by "over-exercising," "overtraining," and "eating better."
"I'm doing everything I can to make myself feel like I'm not 50," he admitted.
Now, fans fear he took his training and intense anti-aging lifestyle too far.
Fans Are 'Concerned' For Ryan And Wrote He Looks 'Frail' In The Comments Section
Once the photos went up, the radio star's Instagram followers and other internet users began posting worried comments about his physique, which seemed to drown out the more positive messages.
Many of the comments pertained to his slimmed-down figure and drastically smaller appearance.
"He looks frail to me," wrote a fan. "I hope he's doing okay!"
"Way too skinny," added another.
"You look very thin," wrote an Instagram user.
"Are you okay?"
Other internet users accused him of using weight loss drugs, like Ozempic, to achieve his slender physique.
"Too much Ozempic," alleged one. "He doesn't need it."
"Lay off the Ozempic, bro," wrote another.
Overall, the main message amongst Ryan's media followers was that they were a little worried about him continuing to train while looking so slim.
"The first [picture] has me concerned," commented a follower.
"[He] does not even look like himself," added another.
Although the famous host has yet to get into much more detail about his lifestyle and whether or not he's using tools other than diet and exercise to stay small, fans are hoping his health is in a good state for the time being.
