Scarlett's personal trainer, Eric Johnson, has spoken to various media outlets over the years about her health and fitness routine, and recently dropped her love of 'carb-cycling,' a method of eating that allows people to enjoy carbs without going overboard.
"She cycled through days of high carbohydrates and low fat consumption, versus low carbohydrates and higher fat while maintaining protein intake," he told Harper's Bazaar.

The mom-of-two's go-to breakfast is reportedly an omelet with oatmeal and fresh berries, and, according to her trainer, she fasts for approximately 12 hours, improving how she feels as well as preventing any late-night binging.
