Scott Disick definitely has a type in terms of model-esque good looks and young age, as the 39-year-old dad-of-three was spotted at Nobu in Malibu with a gorgeous new beau on his arm; and unsurprisingly, she was 15 years his junior! What was surprising, though, was her appearance, as she bore a striking resemblance to a member of the Kardashian/Jenner family. And no, it isn’t Kourtney Kardashian, the mother of his three children – which would make sense given how he still doesn’t appear to be over her – but in fact her 24-year-old younger sister, Kylie Jenner! So who is the mysterious brunette beauty on Disick’s arm? According to reports, the 23-year-old Kylie lookalike is called Holly Scarfone, and she is a reality TV star and influencer herself, having appeared on the third season of Too Hot To Handle! Scarfone has quite an Instagram following too, with over 600,000 followers waiting for her to post her next scantily-clad selfie, of which there appears to be many!

It looks like the Canadian-born stunner – who now lives in the US – has brains as well as beauty, as she reportedly graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Colorado. Scarfone made a real effort for her date with the Flip It Like Disick star, as she wore a long flowy nude dress that flaunted her insane figure, which she teamed with sexy black Christian Dior pointed heels and a super-en-vogue Bottega Veneta bag. We bet a lot of people had to do a double take when they saw her and Disick together, because the Kylie resemblance is almost uncanny!
Disick, on the other hand, toned things down quite a lot in comparison for their date, choosing to wear casual black pants, sneakers, a black North Face jacket, and a black baseball cap; perhaps so he could go undetected? We wonder how the Kardashian/Jenner family will react to this news, and if they will comment on the striking resemblance to the billionaire beauty mogul…

So who is Scott’s new girlfriend? According to reports, the 39-year-old Talentless founder is dating 42-year-old socialite Kimberly Stewart. And if you think the name sounds a little familiar, you’re right, as Kimberly is the daughter of none other than legendary musician Rod Stewart, 77, and model and actress Alana Stewart, aslo 77. This isn’t the first time the pair have sparked romance rumors either, as there was some speculation of them getting close after Scott’s 2015 split with Kourtney – although Kimberly’s people strongly denied those rumors.
The pair were spotted walking hand in hand on Sunday, August 21st, after having a romantic dinner at Girgio Baldi in Santa Monica. The blonde beauty went all out for the occasion, as she was photographed wearing a stunning long-sleeved Saint Laurent catsuit complete with a super-daring plunging neckline, and racy black knee-high heeled boots. Scott, on the other hand, looked a little more casual in a red plaid shirt, jeans, and a bold blue baseball cap.

Law actor Harry Hamlin, with the pair becoming Instagram official on Valentine's Day this year.
