Selena Gomez stole the spotlight multiple times during the Golden Globes awards ceremony with her chic style and new romance!
The “Single Soon” singer, 31, turned heads as she graced the red carpet in an asymmetrical, strapless ruby red gown that hugged her figure perfectly. Later on during the January 7th event evening in Los Angeles, she shared flirty and affectionate PDA moments with her boyfriend, Benny Blanco.

Gomez was nominated for the 'Best Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy' award at the ceremony for her performance as Mabel Mora on the hit Hulu series, Only Murders in the Building. While she didn't take home the Golden Globe (it went to Ayo Edebiri from The Bear), Gomez certainly won in many fans' eyes when it came to her outfit and stunning Giorgio Armani Privé dress.
According to an Instagram post from the brand, Gomez's custom get-up featured a "red silk cut-out top" that was embroidered with black flower details. It also came with a matching skirt with a leg-baring, asymmetrical hemline. Beneath the skirt, fans could spot sleek black lining.
The "Same Old Love" hitmaker topped off her ensemble with matching scarlet pointed-toe heels by Christian Louboutin. She accessorized with sparkly silver dangly earrings, bracelets and shiny rings from Bulgari.
As for her glam, Gomez slicked her brunette tresses back and in an elegant updo. The Rare Beauty mogul went for rosy eyeshadow, black liner, sky-high lashes, radiant blush and a pink pout to complete her makeup look.
On Instagram, Gomez uploaded several shots of her look for the evening as well as some very affectionate snaps with her new beau, music producer Blanco, 35. Gomez, who also posted cute pics with fellow famous friends like Florence Pugh and Meryl Streep.
The Disney Channel alum captioned the post: "Thank you for such a wonderful evening." She tagged her glam team and added: "Honored to be there in such good company."
In the photo roundup, she included two flirty snaps with Blanco — one in which he hugged her from behind and kissed her neck and another where they looked at each other lovingly.
Blanco sweetly left a heart-eyes emoji in her comment section in response. Gomez also added a third pic with Blanco for her 429 million followers on her Story — one that showed them locking lips. "I won," she wrote.
Gomez also garnered quite a bit of attention on social media during the awards show when a video of her speaking with bestie Taylor Swift and friend Keleigh Sperry gained traction.
Many fans on X (formerly Twitter) seemed to think Gomez was telling them that Kylie Jenner prevented her from taking a pic with Jenner's boyfriend Timothée Chalamet. Gomez and Chalamet notably worked together on the 2019 film, A Rainy Day in New York.
However, an insider supposedly close to Gomez told People Magazine soon after the rumors went viral that the "Lose You To Love Me" artist was "absolutely not referencing anything about Timothée or Kylie" and that Gomez "never even saw or spoke to them" at the Golden Globes.
