As reported by E! News, one commenter on a post from popular IG account @popfactions wrote that Gomez should "remove your cheek fillers/implants" and that they were "messing with your brain." The post was a simple news announcement revealing that Gomez and her new beau Blanco were officially dating. As seen in a screenshot from the outlet, Gomez responded to the troll, writing: "Hahahaha I've had Botox bb girl."
On December 4th, the same celebrity news-themed IG page made several posts insinuating that Gomez and her longtime friend and music producer, Blanco, 35, were in a romantic relationship.
Gomez appeared to confirm their relationship on December 7th by commenting "Facts" under a post that suggested they were together.

However, some commenters expressed their reservations about the couple, prompting the Rare Beauty mogul to respond and urge her fans to trust her and be happy for her newfound happiness with Blanco.
