It was no secret that the two former teen queens would be celebrating with each other on Selena's wedding day, as the two have been best friends since the early 2000s, after they met while they were both dating the Jonas Brothers. Although it took a while for pictures or videos of them at the September wedding to come out, in honor of Taylor's new album, Life Of A Showgirl, being released last Friday, Selena decided to celebrate by sharing a video Taylor took of her before walking down the aisle.
In the sweet video, the two best friends can be heard giggling and exclaiming over how beautiful Selena looks, seemingly right after she had her bridal makeup put on. The Disney alum was sitting in front of a large mirror in a makeup chair, sporting some classic, cozy, white silky pajamas that were perfect for a busy bride. The Eras Tour star wore a shimmery sequined gold dress with blush pink floral details on the bottom as she called her friend "the most beautiful bride."
At the very start of the video, numerous internet users saw something that the "Who Says" singer seemingly tried to hide, which was a vape pen in her hands, which she covered with both hands by the time she realized her friend was filming her.

Once the video clip from Taylor's phone was posted online, fans and other internet users started dissecting it almost immediately, as not only was it one of the first behind-the-scenes videos from the wedding everyone had seen since the big day, but people also couldn't get over seeing the vape pen in her hands.
While there are numerous stars and celebrities who are open about or have been photographed several times with cigarettes or other kinds of nicotine products, Selena gets extra attention when she does it, considering her health history. After being diagnosed with lupus in 2013, she had to get a kidney transplant, and her friend at the time and former actress Francia Raisa donated hers to the singer in 2018.
Since then, she's been seen from time to time with a vape pen in her hand, and it's caused the internet to worry, as they feel she's not respecting the transplant, nor her donor, Francia, with a notoriously health-wrecking habit. Even though it hasn't been confirmed whether or not she's using nicotine products in the vape, the internet still expressed its disappointment on platforms like X.
