Cellulite is a fact of life for most women. Caused by underlying fat deposits pushing through layers of collagen fibers, there's nothing unhealthy or wrong with having cellulite and there's no reason why you should feel obligated to get rid of it.

But if you are troubled by the appearance of cellulite on your thighs, hips, butticks, or elsewhere. there are four supplements for cellulite that could do the trick.

Fish Oil

There is no miracle cure for cellulite, but supplements like fish oil can help. Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, which can help with circulation, lower high blood pressure, and lower cholesterol. All of these benefits keep your skin's cell walls healthier. And the healthier your cell walls, the less likely you will develop cellulite.

gotu kola

Gotu Kola

The herb gotu kola is often used in herbal medicine as a treatment for cellulite and saggy skin. In studies, some participants reported seeing improvements in their skin, including cellulite and stretch marks. It's important to keep in mind that there are a few side effects associated with this supplement that include nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness.

multivitamin

A Multivitamin

The first supplement to consider before any other when it comes to cellulite (and all skin conditions) is a quality multivitamin, particularly if you're not sure whether you're getting all of the nutrients you need from your diet. Vitamin B6 can reduce fluid buildup in the skin, vitamin E promotes circulation, and calcium can reduce body fat and minimize the appearance of cellulite.

vitamin C

Vitamin C

Vitamin C isn't just good for your immune system, it's the ultimate detoxing vitamin that strengthens your skin, can prevent and treat UV ray damage, and even plays a role in helping you skin rebuild collagen.
