Taco Bell Pulls Beloved Power Bowls From The Menu And Sparks Outrage On Twitter: 'The Only Low Carb Option!'

Taco Bell is in hot water with customers after its latest edit to their menu: the Power Bowl is no more. What some customers are calling “the only healthy option” on X, formerly Twitter, this Taco Bell item and a number of other fan favorites were taken off the menu on March 21st to make way for the new Cantina menu. Taco Bell Removes Fan Favorite Menu Items

Fast food expert Instagram account @Markie_Devo announced the news in an Instagram post. The following menu items will no longer be available for purchase at any Taco Bell locations:

  • Crispanada
  • Deluxe Cravings Box ft. Crispanada à la carte
  • Cheesy Gordita Crunch Box
  • Bell Breakfast box ft. Breakfast Crunchwrap
  • Chicken Enchilada Burrito Combo
  • Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito
  • Power Bowl (including steak, chicken, and veggie options)
  • Double Berry Freeze

As a form of explanation, @Markie_Devo wrote in his caption: "With every giveth there's a taketh away from Taco Bell. Here's all the items leaving on 3/21 to make way for the new Cantina menu (that will prob only last a good month!"

Customers Are Distraught Over Loss Of Taco Bell Power Bowl

Upset customers have taken to social media to complain over the loss of many fan favorite menu items, especially the power bowl. "Taco bell, you will not be getting my business until you bring back the veggie power bowl," one person tweeted.

"Who was gon tell me Taco Bell discontinued the veggie power bowl?" another asked, adding broken heart emojis.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN TACO BELL DISCONTINUED THEIR CHICKEN POWER MENU BOWL?!" another wrote.

"RIP taco bell chicken power bowl 2024," one customer said.

"Removing the regular power bowl was a bad move yall!" a final customer wrote. "Not like you don't have the ingredients anyway! Oh well, I saved some money today skipping my Taco Bell!"
