Taylor Swift‘s hit record Midnights is the gift that keeps on giving! The Grammy winner, 32, just debuted yet another iconic, witty, stunning and stylish music video— this time for her new album’s ninth track, “Bejeweled.” While starring along a stellar cast in her new project (including the HAIM sisters, Laura Dern and Dita Von Teese, to name a few), Swift rocked several shimmering and diamond-encrusted get-ups, but our favorite piece from the video was a custom strapless crystal bodysuit from Catherine D’Lish.

While performing a sultry burlesque martini routine with von Teese halfway through the video, Swift flaunted her curves and toned figure in the skintight, glistening item. To complete her look, the “Lavender Haze” singer added garters and sparkling, matching high heels which she took off before getting into a martini glass for the dance sequence. Swift accessorized her outfit with eye-catching diamond stud earrings from the brand, Shine Like Me, as well as a shiny ring, and also wore a reflective choker necklace.

As for her makeup look, the songwriter rocked her signature black cat-eye liner, voluminous lashes, a timeless, Old Hollywood-esque red lip, and added sparkly stickers to the inner corners of her eyes. To further channel a retro look, Swift wore her blonde tresses in an elegant, chin-length bob with curled ends, and parted her locks to the side for added volume.

Swift promoted the dazzling video (which she directed, as the triple threat that she is) in three Instagram posts for her 229 million followers. A few days after her tenth studio album Midnights was released on October 21st, Swift stopped by Jimmy Fallon’s New York City Tonight Show set to discuss the “Bejeweled” video, and the work she put into it (as well as Easter eggs for eagle-eyed Swifties and viewers!) She explained that her video was made “just for the fans who like certain things, like glitter and Easter eggs and lots of little cameos.”

The musician continued, “I was thinking about ‘Midnights,’ the concept, and I was like where do we hear about midnights a lot?” She then recalled, “We hear about it a lot when we talk about the Cinderella fairy tale and so I was like what if we did a little twist on a Cinderella story and I could cast my friends? My best friends, the Haim sisters, what if they played the stepsisters?”

Swift added, explaining her casting process, “And I was like what if we really shoot for the stars with the other castings? What if it was Oscar winner Laura Dern playing my stepmother?” Swift told the audience how she got in touch with Dern to be in the video, “I was like, ‘Oscar winner Laura Dern, hello, I’ve written a script. It’s a one scene script in which you are going to call me a tired, tacky wench.’ And she was like, ‘I’m down.'”

Swift went on to say that Dern, who she now thinks of a friend, is “the coolest” and “so funny” and was a pleasure to direct. The pop star also commended Von Teese for her performance in the “Bejeweled” video, “And so then we have one of my favorite performers, who I think has been so influential in pop music, and I’ve nicknamed this character not the ‘fairy godmother’ but the ‘fairy goddess’ and that is played by Dita Von Teese.” Swift then deemed von Teese to be “one of the most iconic performers,” and expressed that “it’s so exciting to get to see her do what she does in this.”

While the “Bejeweled” video has now (as of writing) garnered well over 18 million views, it has also spawned many fan theories as to which album Swift will re-record next. Many Swifties are pointing towards Swift’s 2010 record Speak Now thanks to the video, as it sees her press a purple button in an elevator (purple was a notable theme in the promotion of that LP), and because the “Bejeweled” video came out on October 25th— the exact same day Speak Now was released over a decade ago. Our fingers are crossed that the theory is correct!
