The actors first sparked dating rumors back in February, when they were papped on what appeared to be a pre-Valentine’s Day date in London’s Soho district. They reportedly had dinner together and were then photographed getting into the same taxi, which made fans convinced that they were more than friends.
However, an insider shut those rumors down at the time and reportedly told People that their respective agents were also with them, and they were simply “discussing potential collaborations down the line.” The insider went on to say that the pair “appeared to have no romantic connection” and were “just friends.”
Interestingly, their latest outing has been interpreted in different ways. Some fans are confident that the pair being spotted together again is a clear sign that they are together romantically, while others believe that their body language suggests otherwise.

Others thought that there could be something romantic there, but weren't happy with the idea of it, with some people referencing their age gap, and others pointing out Cruise's controversial religion.
