In fact, they are known as the grocery chain's most popular cookie, certainly helped by the titular branding, and have been a longtime staple of the store's dessert offerings. However, shoppers have been sharing on social media in recent months that they were having trouble finding Joe-Joe's at the retailer—and, in most cases, their local stores no longer carried the cookie at all.
Redditors on the r/TraderJoes subreddit shared their concerns, saying that they'd asked employees where the item had gone only to be told they were discontinued. One devastated shopper said, upon hearing the news while at the store, "My [6-year-old daughter] made sure I didn't make a scene sobbing in the aisles." Thankfully, it seems the longtime favorite cookie is back...and even better than ever!

Trader Joe's themselves shared their reasoning for initially pulling the product and spending time to revamp the recipe on the brand's website. Megafans on Reddit have been thrilled to see the product back in stores, sharing images of their finds and their opinions on the new Joe-Joe's recipe.
