Tristan Thompson Posts Heartfelt Birthday Tribute To Daughter True
On Saturday, April 12th, the 34-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player shared a tribute to True on her seventh birthday with a series of adorable pictures. He affectionately captioned the post: "True you bring your brothers, mommy and all your cousins soo much happiness you literally spark any room you walk in."
The NBA star added: "You have the best soul ever I'm so blessed to have as my daughter. Keep being amazing each and every day. Daddy always got you."
Tristan Thompson And Maralee Nichols' Three-Year-Old Son Theo Is Missing From The Instagram Post
The pictures also featured the two-year-old son he shares with the Good American founder, as well as eight-year-old son Prince, who he shares with ex Jordan Craig. He also included Khloé's eight-year-old niece, Dream Kardashian, i.e., the daughter of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna.
However, there was one child missing from the father-of-four's carousel: three-year-old son Theo, who he shares with Maralee Nichols. Although Theo was conceived as a result of Tristan cheating on Khloé with Maralee on his 30th birthday, many social media users didn't think that he deserved to be excluded from the social media post.
Internet Reactions
"Where's the other kid?" asked one fan in the comment section, in reference to Theo. "How about the youngest brother?" questioned a second, in agreement, as a third exclaimed: "Missing one of your children! Not a good dad unless you're a good dad for all of your children." The same fan defended her original comment in a separate comment after some negativity from other fans, and added: "Deadbeats should be called out frequently!"
"The fact that you choose which children to acknowledge is sick," slammed a fourth angry fan, as a fifth added: "Be a dad for all of your children. We know Prince, True, Tatum so tell us what about Theo?" "Justice for Theo," demanded a sixth fan.
Another fan went on to suggest that Theo shouldn't be left out because of how he was brought into the world, and said: "This is all sweet and all but everyone defending him for not acknowledging the other kid... imagine in a few years that kid makes contact because he is old enough to understand THIS whole messed up situation?!"
