Now, the company is making a huge change to its rewards program and shoppers are freaking out. This exciting news broke earlier this week when beauty blog Trend Mood shared a flyer with information on Ulta’s new rewards program. For all of you Platinum tier members, you can now aspire to be a Diamond tier member!

Yup, that’s right! Ulta has added a new tier to its rewards program, the Diamond tier. This will be available to customers who spend $1,200 annually at the store and comes with SO many perks. In addition to a birthday gift, a $10 birthday coupon, and double rewards points on your birthday month, Diamond Tier members will earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent throughout the year. Plus, they can also enjoy free shipping on all orders over $25 and a $25 gift card each year for any beauty service offered at the store.

Prior to this change, the most lucrative membership level was Platinum, which required customers to spend $450 a year to join. Like the Diamond tier, customers who have reached Platinum status can enjoy a free birthday gift, 1.2 points for every dollar spent, double points during your birthday month, a $10 birthday coupon and the comfort of knowing that your points will never expire.
