Beef Jerky

Most of the beef jerky options at the grocery store are loaded with monosodium glutamate (MSG), which is an additive that can raise levels of glutamate and increase anxiety and stress.

Refined Carbs

Refined carbs like white bread and pasta can cause rapid spikes in your blood sugar levels, leaving you feeling anxious.

Condiments

Many condiments and salad dressings contain high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), which can cause unstable blood sugar levels leading to stress.
