Today in the world of over-the-top beauty news, we bring you a ludicrously expensive nail polish: Red Carpet Manicure‘s Amor 24 ($5,000).
This golden gel polish debuted at the Grammys last weekend, where celebs were offered samples in the gift lounge. According to an interview with RCM, it took more than three months and over an ounce of 24K gold dust to create the polish.
No word yet on when you can pick up your own bottle (we know — we can hardly wait! That $5,000 is burning a hole in our pockets), but Red Carpet Manicure products are available at the company web site and at Ulta.com.
