The most annoying thing about winter? Static cling! I don’t know about you, but I attract tons of static when the temperature gets cold. And if you’ve ever had this problem, you understand it’s no fun. Luckily, you don’t have to keep putting up with the clothing cling and static shock. There are tons of methods out there that can help you get rid of it. Here are a few products to invest in that will come in handy when your clothes get static.
.Hairspray. A trick that many swear by is hairspray. You just need to spray a small amount over the clothing to knock out that static.
.Dryer sheets. Try rubbing a dryer sheet across your garment to instantly get rid of the static cling.
.Water or lotion. You can spritz a bit of of water around the problem area to fight off the cling, or rub a small amount of lotion on yourself where the clothing is sticking.
.Metal hanger. Another way to get rid of the static charge is to slide your clothes through a metal hanger.
