Here’s some Kate Middleton news for you that doesn’t revolve around Royal Baby Mania 2013. The Duchess’s favorite brand, L.K. Bennett (she loves those Sledge pumps!) is teaming up with British actress Rosamund Pike on a Autumn Winter 2013 handbag collection. The inspiration for these structured leather totes comes from Pike’s love of classic British films. Each bag is named after the actress: the Rosie, Rosamund and Rosa, and are available in three sizes. The bags also come in six ready-for-fall colors: white, navy, green, orange, black and chocolate/black.
Rosamund said of the collection:
I think having a handbag is about feeling that you are holding a little bit of luxury and hopefully that is what this bag will offer.
In case you were wondering, Pike is a former Bond girl from 2002’s Die Another Day. Talk about cool. Holding a bag designed by a Bond girl definitely makes me feel luxurious, what about you? We have a feeling that Rosamund Pike for L.K. Bennett will do just as well as the Caroline Issa x L.K. Bennett collab.
