'This is the Day!' – As the latest campaign from AHA's Go Red For Women states, there is no time like the present to get smart about your heart. Women are at severely high risk for developing heart disease, but there is something we can do about it – learn more, and do more to make ourselves healthier and happier. The This is the Day campaign is a two-month venture by the Go Red Movement that encourages women to go for heart check-ups, take steps towards healthier lifestyles, and spread the word to friends and loved ones about the dangers of heart disease. So join in the fight to help women everywhere seize the day and take back their health and their lives.
