Wearing peep-toes with tights used to be a no-no, but as with so many other taboos, this one is now a trend. In order to pull it off, we suggest starting with black tights and matching them to your shoes. Especially if you're timid, this approach feels safer. Plus, the monochromatic look lengthens the leg. Keep the shoe fairly basic, also. No out-there adornments or straps for the faint of heart. But don't be afraid to play with texture in the shoes or tights. And, most importantly, hide that seam under your toe. The key is to look intentional, not messy.

Pair some Spanx Tight-End Tights ($26) with these Stuart Weitzman peep-toes ($298) for a simply and classy, yet fashion-forward foot statement.
