Relax. Our fashion blog and buying guides will help you figure out what to buy. We study the trends and surf the web for the best items, then pass on the info in newsletters and our blog. We even find online coupon codes and great sales – all you have to do is click. SheFinds doesn’t carry any inventory, so we don’t push anything we wouldn’t wear.

1. Help: I subscribed, but I don’t receive the SheFinds Newsletter!

In addition to sending RSS feeds of our fashion blog, we also send weekly newsletters. If you no longer receive SheFinds.com’s weekly newsletter, it is probably being blocked by your company or your ISP spam filter.  Don’t despair! There are a few solutions:

1. Ask your company or internet provider’s administrator to always accept email messages from ‘hello@shefinds.com’. Also, ask them if they keep a ’spam’ folder for your account which may contain our newsletter. In this folder, you can usually indicate which senders’ e-mails you’d like to receive.

2. Add ‘hello@shefinds.com’ to the personal address list or friends list in your email program.

3. Or change your email address to a different one that isn’t filtered by a third party, for example your private Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail account.

Michelle Madhok is Founder of SheFinds.com and MomFinds.com, online publications distributed via e-mail and blogs that help busy women everywhere shop the web for the latest beauty and style finds.

A widely regarded expert in online shopping, Michelle has also been a contributing editor for RealSimple.com, MSN Shopping, Cotton Incorporated and the American Heart Association. We can’t guarantee we’ll review your product, but we will consider anything that has to do with fashion or beauty, and is available for purchase online. You can also sign up for our press list, where we send alerts when we’re looking for specific products.

YES, the SheFinds newsletter and fashion blog are really free.

6. Can I get access to previous buying guides that have been featured in the SheFinds newsletter?

Yes, simply go to http://www.shefinds.com/buying-guides/.

7. What will happen with my personal details after I sign up for the SheFinds Newsletter?

Nothing! We will, of course, use your email address to send you the newsletter and a limited number of promotional emails. That’s it. We will NEVER release your email address or any other personal information to any third party.

You may opt out of the newsletter at any time by clicking the “manage my subscription ” link on the bottom of each email.

8. When does the SheFinds Newsletter get sent out?

The SheFinds Newsletter gets sent out every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Sponsored emails may be sent on Wednesday or Friday.

9. I experience email difficulties when receiving the SheFinds Newsletter.

Just send an email to hello@shefinds.com, stating the exact problem(s). Our tech support will try to solve your problem as quickly as possible.

If you can’t see the images in the SheFinds newsletter you probably subscribed to the text version. To update your preferences and subscribe to the html version (which contains images), click on the “manage my subscription” link on the bottom of the email.

10. How can I cancel my subscription or edit my personal details?

Just go to the click on the manage my subscription link on the bottom of the email newsletter. In two steps you can change your registered email address or cancel your subscription altogether.

11. Do you offer an RSS/XML feed for the SheFinds Newsletter?

At this point you can only receive the SheFinds newsletters via email. You can however subscribe to an RSS/XML feed of the SheFinds fashion and beauty blog at http://www.shefinds.com/blog/index.php/weblog/rss_2.0/

12. Can I publish or reproduce your finds?

As long as you properly credit the source, SheFinds.com along with the URL of the original piece of content, you can publish or reproduce up to 40 words from a SheFinds newsletter or blog entry.

13. Can I buy advertising?

Yes, we sell advertising in both the SheFinds and MomFinds newsletters. To discuss a package that works for your goals and budget, e-mail sales@shefinds.com.

14. Can we trade links?

We rarely trade links, but we do cross-promote. To discuss cross-promo opportunities, e-mail hello@shefinds.com.

15. What is your revenue model?

SheFinds is supported by a combination of advertisers, preferred retailers and commission relationships with a selection of retailers. We like to call our model retail placement. Email and blog entries are written by writers and editors, then revenue-generating links are inserted after the editorial is approved, if they exist.

Other advertising relationships are labeled “Featured Link”, “Custom Mail” or “Friend of SheFinds.”

16. Do you offer personal shopping services?

We no longer offer personal shopping services, however we can assist you in finding a personal shopper.

17. What are your editorial policies?

At SheFinds media, we only write good reviews about stuff we like.

Our shopaholic writers and editors find products through a bunch of different avenues: by browsing the web, walking around our favorite stores, attending press events, sorting through solicited and unsolicited product samples, actually buying stuff, and any other way we can.

Accepting free products
We do accept samples from brands and PR firms – sometimes we ask for a specific product, and sometimes samples are entirely unsolicited. If we try and like the product, we’ll write about it, but we don’t guarantee coverage in exchange for products. If you want to know when we’re looking for products for a particular feature, sign up for our presslist and we’ll e-mail you.
