My hair and scalp are pretty dry all year round, but come winter? Forget about it. I can barely go a few days without washing my hair or else my scalp becomes dry, itchy and worst of all, flaky.

That’s why I’m never without OGX’s Tea Tree Mint Extra Strength Scalp Treatment. I don’t buy many beauty products (because I’m lucky enough to get sent a lot to test and review here on SheFinds), but this is one item I buy religiously whenever I’m close to running out. It’s been such a godsend for me and I don’t think I can live without it now.

Why am I so obsessed? Well for starters, this treatment feels amazing on your scalp. It’s cooling and refreshing and it really helps my scalp feel like it can breathe. It’s also super lightweight and doesn’t leave behind any residue or build-up at all. More importantly, though, this scalp treatment keeps itchiness and flakes at bay for me. I normally apply a few drops of this treatment directly to my scalp after I’ve washed and conditioned and it allows me to go a full week without seeing any dandruff. That’s major for me!

Here’s the really amazing part: this scalp treatment is only $8! Really! That’s probably part of the reason why I have no problem buying this product on the regular. That, and of course, the fact that it really works!
