You can’t get fit just by going to the gym. Adopting a healthier diet is equally important, if not more, studies show. But you can’t stop eating altogether–your body needs the nutrients and deprivation often leads to snacking. It’s all about picking your battles and knowing which foods you can and cannot eat for weight loss. We consulted with a leading fitness expert to discover which are which.
So, what are the foods you should stop eating immediately for weight loss?
