The pair were spotted by paparazzi in Los Angeles, out for a stroll and some window shopping. Ana wore a casual white v-neck t-shirt tucked into a pair of barrel-style jeans with a denim jacket and and sunglasses, while her counterpart chose a more athleisure look: black gym shorts, a white windbreaker, and a pair of white sneakers. Though there was no hand-holding or PDA of any sort, rumors are certainly following them now.
So who is Marcelo Valente? Not much is known about Ana's mystery man, other than he's profession. He's been working at BABEL.Ventures, a venture capital firm in San Francisco that specializes in healthcare technology start ups, for nearly seven years.

This outing comes just weeks after Ana split from Tom Cruise. Having first met on the set of Deeper, their upcoming thriller, Ana and Tom had been romantically linked since February, taking vacations together in London and in Spain and arriving together at high-profile events like David Beckham's 50th birthday celebration. However, as of October, it seems their relationship has run its course.
A source told the Daily Mail on Thursday that the pair “ended up realizing that they should keep it professional,” adding that they “wanted to save the future of their friendship and their movie.” Other sources, though, are claiming that Tom Cruise's "very detailed" prenup was the catalyst for their break up, saying that he wouldn't even go ring shopping without a signed prenup. "He's been been burned before and feels the need to protect himself," the insider explained at the time, noting that the Jack Reacher star's estimated $600M fortune is a big factor.
"He's drawing up a very detailed agreement, starting with an irrefutable prenup, because he has so much to protect," the insider went on. At the time, Cruise didn't foresee any issues and "expected her to sign without any drama." That didn't go very well for him!
