May 6th may have been the date of King Charles’ highly-anticipated coronation, which saw some truly spectacular outfits from royals and A-listers alike; but across the pond, Hollywood royalty Brie Larson was making her own statement on the red carpet in an outfit that also stole the show for all the right reasons.
The Captain Marvel star has been unstoppable on the red carpet lately. Just last month, the 33-year-old Oscar-winner turned heads in a red hot Rodarte dress for the Daily Front Row’s 7th annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards in Beverly Hills, California. Also last month, she wowed in a striking royal blue Jason Wu draped ruched midi dress for the 9th annual Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in Los Angeles. And as much as we loved seeing her in those two bold colors, we must admit that she looks incredible in more toned-down and neutral colors too. Case in point, the stunning white vintage Armani gown she wore to the Gold Gala on Saturday, May 6th.

Brie Larson Wears Vintage Giorgio Armani To The Gold Gala
The Marvel Cinematic Universe star attended the Gold House 2nd Annual Gold Gala: Gold Bridge which was held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles on Saturday, May 6th, wearing a stunning white archival Giorgio Armani Fall 1994 embellished gown. The Room actress accessorized with silver embellished Aquazzura heels and Anita Ko and Briony Raymond jewelry, while her hair was styled in glamorous soft curls.
At the gala, Brie and Ms. Marvel creator Sana Amanat presented Iman Vellani – the 20-year-old Pakistani-born Canadian actress who plays the role of Kamala Khan in the Disney+ miniseries, Ms. Marvel – with the first-ever New Gold Award, and the stunning detail of Brie’s dress could be appreciated in a close-up picture of Brie, Sana and Iman that was re-shared on Twitter. All three ladies looked sensational!

The embellished dress looks like it was made just for Brie (even though we know that it wasn’t!) and also featured a flattering scoop neck and a cinched waist. Stylist Samantha McMillen shared some pictures of Brie’s look on Instagram, and said: “This gown is from the Fall Winter 1994 collection; my favorite from my time at Armani.”
The Growing Up creator also posted a carousel of images from the night on May 7th, which then sent her 6.9M Instagram followers into a frenzy!
