The mother-of-two has been working hard to maintain a toned physique with a new-born at home. On Mother’s Day she shared her intense workout regiment to Instagram, and inspired new moms everywhere with the hashtag #staythepath.
New motherhood doesn’t stop her from wearing the sexiest dresses, like this low-cut number she adorned at the Country Music Awards.
The 36-year-old country singer has kept it real, though, and revealed to fans that staying in shape and dealing with mental health after having a baby.
She wrote in a gym-selfie post to Instagram, “As I prepare for red carpets and for life on tour, right now I make a promise to myself to start appreciating what my body CAN do and stop focusing on what it can’t. I promise to stop analyzing every angle and every curve and every pound and every meal. I’m going to keep staying the path because it is a journey and as long as I’m always working towards my goals, one day I’ll reach them. I’m going to take it day by day, smile at the girl in the mirror, and work out because I love this body and all it has done and will continue to do!”
The fit singer recently used her love for the gym and working out to create a line of size-inclusive activewear called Calia by Carrie. Plus, it has super cute swimwear, perfect for the summer. The brand hosted a retreat in the Hamptons to celebrate the summer launch.
