We are now beginning to see what the new normal will look like at the popular chicken chain. New features like hand washing stations, plexiglass shields, and the removal of self-service stations (like condiments and beverages) are just a few of the ways that you may notice a difference when you go back to eating at the fast food restaurant.

Additionally, the company is still encouraging people to use drive-thru, curbside, and delivery when possible. They’ve even launched Family Meal Kits for at-home preparation and consumption.

Contactless methods. Customers are encouraged to pay via app instead of cash or card.

Plexiglass shields. Protective shields have been installed at counters.
