Costco is bursting at the seams with delicious new snacks to try, and the latest superfan obsession is not only tasty, but high in protein, making it an excellent snack option. For those looking to increase their protein intake without compromising on flavor, these Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Balls are a must-buy.

The protein balls are made by SimplyFuel, a woman-owned company founded by a former NFL/MLB/NBA team sports dietitian, Mitzi Dulan, RD, CSSD. She created the recipe for the protein balls originally to fuel the Kansas City Royals, but after they became so popular, she decided to turn them into a business venture, and now SimplyFuel is sold in many Costco’s across the country. Keep reading for more information.

SimplyFuel’s Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Balls

There are no harmful chemicals in these protein balls, which is often an issue that customers have with high protein snacks. SimplyFuel’s website, however, lays out exactly what these protein balls are made of, and there’s nothing bad: “gluten free oats, honey, natural peanut butter, organic coconut, almonds, non-GMO why protein concentrate, organic semi-sweet chocolate chips, cocoa, and coagulans,” which is a probiotic.

With 8 grams of protein per serving, this is a great way to get in some protein for both kids and adults. It costs $11.89 for the bag, and the bag itself is resealable, meaning the protein balls will stay soft and chewy until you’ve finished them, and store well in a pantry or cabinet. Right now, Costco shoppers in the Midwest, Texas, and Southeast regions can purchase these snacks, and luckily for residents of the LA region, Hawaii, and Bay Area, they’re coming to you next!

Shoppers Love SimplyFuel’s High Protein Balls

The Instagram account @CostcoHotFinds posted a video about the chocolate coconut peanut butter protein balls, and other users filled the comment section with their thoughts on the snack. “These are yummy and I love having one when I have a craving for something sweet,” one fan wrote.

“I have been looking for these for a year in Ohio. I hit the jackpot this week!” said another lucky shopper.

“They taste dangerously good,” one customer added.

“Just bought them & they’re delish!!!” agreed another user.

“I got these yesterday!” reported one person. “They are so good!”

“These are so yummy!” said another. “Lots of calories though, so watch the serving size!”

“First time trying them and should have bought more than one bag!” a final fan wrote.
