Most of us have come to realize that unhealthy foods or processed carbs typically cause bloating, but there are also some healthy foods that can cause it. And most of us will be surprised to learn that there is a really common food that we all eat almost every day that is a major contributor to bloating.

We’re talking about cheese. Dairy plays a huge role in causing inflammation, and unfortunately that means cheese is a culprit.

The best way to stop bloating is to eliminate the foods that you know cause it. Though if you can’t totally stop eating cheese, there are other ways to fight inflammation.

Try drinking inflammation-fighting teas more regularly, like ginger tea or turmeric tea. This can counteract the bloating you experience from eating cheese and other difficult-to-digest foods.
