Demi Moore certainly made waves on the SAF Actor Awards red carpet, arriving in a dramatic black ensemble designed by Schiaparelli. However, it wasn’t her dress that stayed in fans’ minds, rather, it was her extremely thin frame. The 63-year-old looked thinner than she’s ever looked,  and more so than that, she appeared to be trembling, a characteristic many social media users are attributing to Ozempic use. Demi Moore Looks 'Skeletal' On Red Carpet

Moore's black gown fell to her ankles and was crafted of black wool crepe that made for a structured bodice. It also featured a white tulle puff, which was fastened like a bustle in the back. The tulle was embroidered with 8,500 black mimosas and over 11,000 crystals, according to Schiaparelli Couture.

Though the gown was certainly gorgeous, fans were more worried about the wearer. Demi's figure was nearly skeletal, and you could easily see the outline of her shoulder and collar bones as she posed for photos. She also appeared to have a slight tremor to her, which has been noted as a potential side effect of Ozempic use.

Social Media Reactions

Across social media platforms, fans didn't hold back their concern. "I see someone who needs help," one person wrote on Instagram, and the next posted, "It's not beautiful but alarming that healthy bodies are now skin & bones."

"Oh how tragic," another person wrote. "She used to be so stunning when she was normal. This is skeletal—what a shame."

"She has the same sunken face that Kelly and Sharon Osborne have," one user pointed out. Sharon has admitted to using Ozempic and it's widely speculated that Kelly is using the weight loss drug as well.

"She looks sick," another person agreed. "This woman was fit and trim in the 80s before Ozempic!!"

"It's extremely sad to watch these once beautiful women tear their bodies to pieces!" a final user wrote.
