Bundchen paired her candor with a hopeful reminder that every feeling is temporary.
She wrote, "From my own experience I learned that nothing is permanent. Sometimes a gentle reminder that the bad feelings will eventually go away can work like a beacon of hope."
"Life is our greatest gift—and every day is worth it," she continued.
Bundchen also encouraged her followers to look for coping mechanisms that work for them, including social support from family and friends, professional help from specialists, and more holistic approaches like "breathing and meditation tools."

Bundchen's husband, Tom Brady, also showed support for his wife and her message on mental health. The Buccaneers quarterback commented a series of hearts under her post as a sweet gesture of support.
