Gwyneth Paltrow just took a hilarious plunge in a milk bath for her latest Goop endeavor, and shared the whole thing on Instagram. The Oscar winner and wellness guru, 49, rocked a white bikini in behind-the-scenes shots for a new ad for her lifestyle brand‘s ‘sleep milk’ skincare product.

On IG, Goop uploaded a two-part photo collection post that first showed Paltrow looking suprised in a white inflatable pool as the milky substance is poured around her. In the next pic, fans can see the final product— a stunning image of Paltrow smiling while surrounded by the white bath liquid and her skin as glowy and radiant as ever.

In the caption, Goop aptly wrote, “Reality vs. Instagram. Thanks, GP, for being our designated guinea pig” as fans commented that they found the photo series “super funny” and “cute.” Others wrote (and we’re in agreement!) that Paltrow looks “incredible as always” and that she has “gorgeous skin for days.”

The product that Paltrow is promoting in the photo shoot is Goop’s ‘GOOPGLOW Dark Spot Exfoliating Sleep Milk’ intended to be applied to skin before bedtime. In other posts, the brand shared more results from the photo shoot (and the effort Paltrow went through to get there) including videos of the Shakespeare In Love alum submerging herself in the bath and showing how to apply the product.

Regarding the sleep milk, Paltrow said herself in another caption, “If you have sun damage or dark spots (like me), this silky new serum is going to save your life. The Royal Tenenbaums star credited the product, and others from her line for keeping her skin “looking like this” as she is about to turn 50 in September. (Seriously, when looking at her skin, who knew?
