Everyone’s favorite celeb couple Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Bieber may have recently celebrated their one year anniversary of their beautiful wedding ceremony, however, love wasn’t always in the air between the two. It took some time for the friends-turned-lovers to be comfortable with their relationship, especially publicly in front of the whole world to see.
It’s not exactly easy dating one of the world’s biggest superstars, and Baldwin knew that from the get-go. As reported by PEOPLE, Baldwin recently opened up and got real about her relationship with Bieber for her Vogue Italia October cover interview.

"It was difficult for me to understand how to carry on a relationship like this, experienced under the eyes of all," Baldwin told Vogue. "But there comes a time when you have to embrace reality and admit who you are."
The 23-year-old model explained how she has adjusted to living life and enjoying her relationship even in the public eye.
"For a long time I couldn't do it: I didn't kiss him in public, I didn't like the idea of people watching us at certain moments. ... But I realized that it is a battle that in the long run, instead of protecting you, exhausts you. The fact is, we love each other. And there is really nothing to hide," Baldwin shared during the interview, PEOPLE reported.
Recently, Baldwin didn’t shy away and boldly took to Instagram on Sept. 30 to share romantic photos from her and Bieber’s Sept. 30, 2019 wedding ceremony in honor of the anniversary of the ceremony they held for family and friends. The Sept. 30, 2019 ceremony came around just one year following the couple’s private New York courthouse wedding on Sept. 13, 2018.
“1 year ago we had the best wedding. Wish I could live this day over and over,” Baldwin sweetly captioned her Instagram post. We seriously love their love!
