Donald Trump may not be living in the White House anymore, but former First Daughter Ivanka has “been really enjoying her time” in Miami over Washington, DC.
After the 2020 election, Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner relocated to Florida, where they signed a lease for a luxury Miami Beach condo, according to The Wall Street Journal. And they’re not the only members of the Trump family to scope out the Sunshine State! Ivanka’s father, ex-President Donald Trump, famously spends time at his sprawling Mar-A-Lago estate. Additionally, Donald Trump Jr. recently settled down in the exclusive community of Admirals Cove with girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle, People noted.
That said, Ivanka and Jared seem to have plans to put down permanent roots in Florida, judging by the amount of money they just spent on a second home! Keep reading to learn more about their finances.

In July 2021, People reported Jared and Ivanka have expanded their land holdings in Florida by spending a cool $24 million dollars on a waterfront home. Phew! The six-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 8,510-square-foot home is located in Indian Creek Island-a space that’s so uber luxurious, it’s been nicknamed “Billionaires Bunker.”
The area includes other high-profile residents like billionaire investor Carl Icahn, supermodel Adriana Lima, and power couple Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen.

The property originally hit the market in October 2020, where it was listed for more than $20 million as "the finest move-in condition home available on Indian Creek Island.” It sits on 1.3 acres of land, and features a reflecting pool, a large dock, and an indoor gym, among other amenities.
"Billionaire Bunker" is also known to house a 24-hour police force, 18-hole golf course, and less than 40 homes, which makes it both private AND the height of luxury.
People also reported that the couple previously shelled out $32.2 million on another vacant lot that's just down the street from their most recent purchase. Jared and Ivanka's exact plans for their multi-million land plots are still unclear, though they allegedly "always had plans to build."
Lately, they've been renting an oceanfront high-rise luxury building close to the Champlain Towers South, which tragically collapsed last month. Whether the condo collapse was a wake-up call, or the pair decided to ditch their condo for the security of a mansion-they've clearly decided that now is the time to buy.
