Rivkin, who is the founder of RIVKIN Aesthetics, told the outlet that he believes that the mother of three has undergone cosmetic procedures on several facial features, such as her nose and chin. The expert compared recent photos of Ivanka from last week with earlier shots of her in recent years, and said: "'Ivanka Trump looks like she has had quite a makeover.
"Overall, her face now looks better proportioned, but less natural and more generic because her natural imperfections have been reduced," he continued. Rivkin added: "Her lips are clearly enhanced with filler. In the photos from the front, they look good, but once she turns profile, the borders seem unnaturally prominent."
According to Dr. Rivkin, Ivanka originally possessed a naturally slim jaw and petite chin in the 2000s and 2010s, and these "signature" attributes "gave her a unique look." Since then, however, he said he thinks those characteristic features have been compromised.

"She seems to have added, whether with filler or implants, significant volume to her chin and jaw," he went on. "From the photos, it seems that she has somewhat over enhanced and over projected on her chin." Rivkin specifically focused on the tip of Ivanka's nose and said it is now "more projected and defined."
He noted that "this is an effect she could have achieved with non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler."
He also pointed out that the wife of Jared Kusnher's cheeks look more enhanced in 2023 than ever before, "most likely with filler, especially at the most superior" aspects. "I would say they are over enhanced," he continued. "Her forehead seems to have been enhanced into a more rounded shape on the profile. This was probably done with hyaluronic acid filler."
Rivkin also spotted that "the fine lines that she had under her eyes are now gone." He explained that she could have had "energy treatments such as laser or radiofrequency done to tighten her skin, or she could have had a surgical blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)."

He examined her nose and shared that it seemed "trimmed down" and the bridge became "smaller" recently due to a possible rhinoplasty procedure. He added: "Her lower face and neck show a much more defined jawline and shapely, longer neck. This can be due to a facelift, which is hard to say on the photographs but is not uncommon in a 42-year-old, or something as simple as halo laser of her face and neck."
During an interview with the Daily Mail, another expert Dr. David Shafer, a renowned plastic surgeon who is certified by the board and established the Shafer Clinic Fifth Avenue in New York, also weighed in.
