Ben Affleck and Ana De Armas split up at the beginning of January after just under a year together, but apparently it’s Affleck’s brother as well as his ex-wife Jennifer Garner that are helping him bounce back from the tough break. Although the breakup was difficult, Affleck is said to be doing well with the support of Garner holding him up.

According to a source via Entertainment Tonight, "Ben is happy, healthy and doing great since his breakup with Ana. Ben’s friends and Jen Garner are supportive of him moving on. Those close to Ben thought the relationship wasn’t working for either of them anymore."
The source continued on to say, “For now, he’s taking care of himself and focused on his kids. Ben and Ana still text regularly and communicate, so who knows what the future will hold for them.”
As for Affleck’s relationship with Garner, the pair were together for 10 years, separating in 2015 before finalizing their divorce in 2018. The former couple share three children and are reportedly still close even despite the demise of their romantic relationship.
Affleck and his ex will likely always share a deep bond, with the actor even revealing to The New York Times in February 2020 that their divorce was the “biggest regret” of his life. Fortunately he still has Garner as a friend to help him through this rough patch, and will come out even stronger on the other side.
